- Which saunas are available?
The Sauna.Welt at Nature’s Nest offers various places of warmth and well-being for relaxing wellness moments. Guests can expect a Finnish sauna with panoramic views, a herbal sauna, an infrared cabin, a foam and steam bath, and a textile sauna. The sauna experience is complemented by the Gold.Stollen, a cold water pool with a waterfall, and quiet retreats with views over the Gastein Valley.
- Is the sauna area clothing-free?
Yes. The sauna area at Nature’s Nest is predominantly a clothing-free area. In the saunas and steam baths, swimwear is not worn to ensure an authentic and relaxed sauna experience. For guests who prefer to use the sauna in swimwear, a textile sauna is also available. Bathrobes, sauna towels, and a wellness bag are provided for use in the relaxation areas and the spa during your stay.
- Is there also a steam bath?
Yes. At Nature’s Nest, guests can enjoy a foam steam bath with daily foam infusions. The pleasant warmth and special atmosphere make it a relaxing place of well-being within the Sauna.Welt.
- Are there relaxation rooms?
Yes. Several spacious relaxation and retreat rooms are available at Nature’s Nest. Comfortable loungers, natural materials, and large panoramic windows create a relaxed atmosphere with views of the Gastein Valley mountains. The indoor relaxation rooms are complemented by numerous retreats in the spa garden, by the natural swimming lake, and around the infinity pool. Thus, the perfect place to relax, read, or simply do nothing can be found for every mood.
- How many saunas are there?
A total of five different saunas and heat areas are available at Nature’s Nest. These include the Finnish sauna, the bio sauna, the panoramic infusion sauna, the steam bath, and the infrared cabin. Each sauna offers its own heat experience and creates space for relaxation, regeneration, and new energy. The sauna world is complemented by spacious relaxation rooms, the natural swimming lake, and the year-round heated infinity pool.
- When is the Sauna.Welt open?
The Sauna.Welt at Nature’s Nest is open year-round. During the summer, the saunas and the whirlpool are available daily from 1:00 PM to 7:30 PM. In autumn and winter, the Sauna.Welt is open daily from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
- Are there sauna infusions?
Yes. Regularly guided sauna infusions take place in the panoramic infusion sauna at Nature’s Nest. Various scents, pleasant warmth, and views of the Gastein mountains make every infusion a special wellness experience. Foam infusions take place several times a day in the foam steam bath. The current infusion times and themes are announced in the weekly program.
- From what age is the Sauna.Welt accessible?
The Sauna.Welt at Nature’s Nest is reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
