A day with us at the Hotel DAS.GOLDBERG has no fixed schedule. It does not follow a timetable, but a feeling. It’s about peace. About pleasure. About the moment. Between wood, light and nature, everyone finds their own rhythm. Anything is possible, nothing is mandatory. Relaxation can be that simple.
Breakfast with a view
The day begins with a view. When the first rays of sunshine reach the Gastein Valley, the room fills with light and silence. Time to start the day with pleasure. The breakfast buffet is regional and fresh: bread from our own bakery, homemade jams, cheese and dairy products from the surrounding area. A breakfast buffet of the highest quality. Some are drawn straight out into nature afterwards, others stay seated and enjoy the view.
Time for exercise – or relaxation
Whether summer or winter: The Gastein Valley shows its most multifaceted side in every season. There are many ways to spend the day. Hiking trails, running tracks and, in winter, the perfectly groomed slopes begin directly in front of the hotel – ski in, ski out. In summer, paths lead through forests, to alpine pastures and viewpoints over the Gastein Valley. Those who like it sporty can use the nearby mountain railway for tours to the Schlossalm or into the Angertal. E-bikes are also available for excursions in the surrounding area in our design hotel.
Those who prefer to enjoy the day in a relaxed manner will find ample space for peace and quiet in the spa area. The heated infinity pool with panoramic views, various saunas, steam bath and relaxation rooms with views of nature create ideal conditions for switching off. The offer is complemented by soothing treatments, massages and cosmetic applications.
Taste that remains
The evening is all about enjoyment. Our cuisine focuses on the essentials: seasonal ingredients, clear flavors, products from the region. The multi-course evening menu combines alpine cuisine with modern lightness. Each component is carefully selected, each dish tells a piece of origin. In the restaurant and on the panoramic terrace, taste and view meet. Panoramic view over the valley, warm light, quiet atmosphere.
