A special treasure grows between meadows, forest and mountains: our own herb garden. A place full of aromas, where rosemary, thyme, sage and lemon balm thrive. Here begins much of what later enriches our cuisine and brings the taste of nature directly to the plate.

The herbs are lovingly cared for, harvested by hand and processed in the kitchen in the shortest possible time. What grows outside unfolds its full power inside: as a fine spice in the evening menu, as an aromatic note in freshly baked bread or as a refreshing accent in summer drinks. Homemade Simply Tastes Better
In addition to the herbs from our own garden, we also create fine delicacies that give the seasons their special touch. Syrups that taste of summer and blossoms. Liqueurs infused with fine herbs and fruits. Jams that carry the aroma of ripe fruits and preserve memories of warm sunny days. And also soothing bath salts, which can be found in the rooms and suites with bathtubs and which enrich the bathing experience with the power of nature. Everything is created with careful manual work, with great attention to detail – enjoyment that lasts.

Our passion for the genuine does not end in the herb garden. Coffee that we roast ourselves. Bacon that we smoke with a lot of patience and experience – from meat from our own farm in Großarl. Products that are created from traditional craftsmanship and refined with modern ease. Each specialty bears our signature and tells of the joy of doing.
