Every year, around the 21st of June, at the start of summer, our cows move up to the high pastures – at up to 1,800 meters. And some even higher. The snow has finally disappeared. And the meadows of our alpine pastures are lush green. With strong grasses and alpine herbs. Which offer a gourmet menu. For our cows.
And all these unadulterated, unfertilized forces of nature come directly to us. In the form of curd cheese, yogurt, butter and cheese, which are produced directly at the mountain huts. In hard work. Indescribable in taste. Incomparable in its essence. Pure nature.
We have captured this taste for you. At our breakfast buffet.
