LONGEVITY IMPULS DAYS at DAS.GOLDBERG | November 29 to December 04, 2026
Understand longevity, experience it, and take impulses for your everyday life with you. During our Longevity Impuls Days in Bad Hofgastein, physician and biological strategist Dr Vasuki Uthayakumar and mental coach Jan Felix Brüseke will guide you through a special week dedicated to physical and mental health.
In workshops, shared sessions, and personal 1:1 coaching, the focus is on topics that are directly linked to a conscious longevity lifestyle: from sleep and regeneration to movement and biological health, through to mindset, stress management, and mental strength. Morning routines, ice bathing, and guided sauna sessions additionally connect knowledge with tangible experiences.
Because what matters to us is this: longevity doesn’t happen in a week. Rather, we would like to give you knowledge, new perspectives, and practical impulses that you can integrate into your everyday life even after your stay. Small routines, a more conscious approach to your own needs, and ideas that fit you and your life – so that something can emerge from a week at DAS.GOLDBERG that will accompany you at home, too.
The special thing: you decide for yourself what suits you. All programme items are free of charge for in-house guests of DAS.GOLDBERG and can be attended independently of one another.

Questions. And answers.
- Why is the Gastein Valley particularly suitable for a longevity break?
The Gastein Valley has been closely associated with health, regeneration, and wellbeing for generations. The hot springs and Gastein thermal water, the long spa tradition, and the Gastein Healing Gallery (Heilstollen) shape the region’s health history. At the same time, the Gastein mountain world offers plenty of space for movement, hiking, conscious breaks, and relaxation in nature. This means Gastein combines many things that also play an important role in longevity: movement, regeneration, relaxation, and a more conscious approach to your own health.
- What does longevity mean?
Longevity translates as a long life. It is not only about living as long as possible, but about staying healthy, active, and capable for as long as possible, and maintaining your quality of life. Factors such as sleep, movement, nutrition, regeneration, and dealing with stress all work together.
- What is part of a longevity lifestyle?
A longevity lifestyle combines various habits that can contribute to health and wellbeing in the long term. These include, among other things, restful sleep, regular movement, conscious nutrition, regeneration, and mental balance. What matters is not one perfect routine: longevity strategies should suit your body, everyday life, and personal goals.
- What role do sleep and regeneration play for longevity?
Sleep and regeneration are important components of longevity. Restful sleep supports regeneration, energy, and long-term health. Among other things, light, nutrition, movement, caffeine, breathing, and your personal evening routine can influence sleep quality.
- How can I experience longevity at DAS.GOLDBERG?
At DAS.GOLDBERG in Bad Hofgastein, we combine longevity with a break away in the mountains. Movement in the Gastein mountain world, conscious enjoyment, restful sleep, and time for regeneration are all part of it, as is our Nature’s Nest Spa with infinity pool, Sauna.Welt, and Gold.Stollen Tepidarium.
